This booking request will place a temporary hold on a date, the “booked” dates represent signed and paid-for contracted events. A temporary hold is valid for up to seven (7) days, if a request is not verified by the requesting person – the pending date will be removed, making the date available once again. SO, if your desired date shows as pending – please check back soon, it may become available! You should receive an email from the Hearth Room Manager within 24-72 hours – if not, we suggest you check your “junk” or “spam” folder.
