The absolute best thing about The Hearth Room is that it is truly a blank canvas just waiting for your creative event design. While we do have a preferred caterer list, we do not have any restrictions on outside food and beverage (this includes alcohol). Because we are a non-profit-run venue, we have made it part of our mission to keep this space financially accessible and that means that if you’re looking for a place to have a luxury event on a budget, we are a “must-see” space!

**Nonprofit organizations are subject to a discount upon the discretion of the Board of Directors.
Requests for a discount must be submitted at the time of booking and approved in advance.
+Dates are subject to discount if booked within 14 days of the event date. Please ask for specific or specialized pricing.
++Renters willing to do their own set-up and cleaning pre/post-event may qualify for a $25-$50 savings on fees.
All rental fees are due upon the signing of a contract. Credit Card payments will incur a 5% processing and handling fee. Each rental must make a separate refundable $250 Security Deposit as outlined in the contract. Security Deposits will be returned or refunded (convenience and bank fees are nonrefundable) within 30 days of the competition of the event.
