The absolute best thing about The Hearth Room is that it is truly a blank canvas just waiting for your creative event design. While we do have a preferred caterer list, we do not have any restrictions on outside food and beverage (this includes alcohol). Because we are a non-profit-run venue, we have made it part of our mission to keep this space financially accessible and that means that if you’re looking for a place to have a luxury event on a budget, we are a “must-see” space!
The Hearth Room provides many event essentials including:
60″ Round tables and chairs for 100 guests (Maximum capacity is 150)
A selection of 6ft. and 8ft. rectangle tables
Access to the patio and courtyard
Garbage receptacles & liners

The 2023-2024 nonprofit rate may reflect a 10% discount for qualified organizations. This rate is not available on weekends in April, May, or June.
Weekday hourly rates may be available at $175.00 per hour with a minimum of $350 per rental.
